Terms and conditions of our guaranteed offer

To be eligible for a refund you must satisfy these conditions listed below.

1. You must provide us a written quote for a vehicle from a Licensed Motor Dealer within 7 days of purchase of your motor vehicle brokered by 360 Financial Services Pty Ltd.
2. The quoted vehicle must be the same Make, Model and Year as the vehicle you purchased.
3. We will make an adjustment based on Kilometres on the odometer, and any extras the vehicle may or may not have.
4. The vehicle must be accompanied with an inspection certificate from RACQ or the equivalent.
5. The title of the vehicle must be clear; that is, should not note a repairable write-off etc.
6. 360 Financial Services reserves the right to change these conditions without notification.
