Dealer supplied and Private sale goods information
DEALER SUPPLIED GOODS
Clients buying goods directly from a dealer, only need to supply us with the dealers contact details,
and we can arrange everything else on your behalf. Once we have the invoice from the dealer we
will draw up your loan documents and express post them to overnight.
Once completed, you fax the copies back to the office and we will complete the settlement process,
pay the dealer and then the goods are released directly to you!
PRIVATE SALE GOODS
Many clients wish to purchase there new vehicle from a private sale.
There are many bargains to be found when buying privately but we can also provide you with the
peace of mind that purchasing a vehicle from a dealer can deliver, with our full range of warranties
and insurance products coupled with the savings of buying a car privately.
Details required from the vendor:
- Copy of the vehicle/goods registration Papers
- Copy of Vendors Licence
- Copy of Vendors Bank statement.
All the above are requirements of the funder, and these measures are in place to stop fraudulent
transactions being made, and to ensure that the vendor is paid directly into their own bank account.
If the car you are buying is still on finance, then we ensure the funds are sent directly to the current
funder of the vehicle to clear the vendors loan off. Any surplus would be paid direct to the vendor
themselves.
We can contact the vendor on your behalf to get the relevant information, and as soon as we have
the Registration papers we can draw up your loan documents.
Buyers responsibilties:
- Vehicle inspection report
- As a private sale goods are not being sold through a LMCT, a vehicle inspection report must be done.
This must be done in order to complete the settlement process. There are several options to get this
done and our consultants will discuss which option is best for you.
NOTE: We require a vehicle inspection certificate only and not a mechanical certificate.
